I had such grand, cute, pintresty ideas for Nolie’s Halloween costume. Homemade, with lots of felt and cute embellishments. Very homemade, but that’s half the charm. Other Moms would think it was darling, be impressed (right?), and I would feel like I was Mom Enough. What a wreck. Such a dumb way to think, celebrate, and set myself up for failure.
Nolie was gifted a super darling Minnie Mouse dress and she has hardly taken it off since she got it (you know, except for the one costume party we went to where she wanted nothing to do with it). So the girls are in store bought (handed down) costumes this year. And they are stinkin’ cute, and I am relishing in spending my evenings cuddled up to Charlie instead of my glue gun.
Here is an overload of the ladies in their costumes this morning. Because lets face it, they might not be wearing them by the time we hit the witching hour.
