Pudding for breakfast!

Nothing is more exciting than a big treat for breakfast and this one fits the fun-bill. However, less sugar and junk than pancakes, waffles or french toast.

Pudding. Mmmmmm, dark chocolate pudding.

I have seen recipes for raw avocado pudding all around the internet and pintrest but all of the chocolate ones had weird extra ingredients in them that I wanted to avoid (sugars, protein powders, etc.) so we made up our own!

Dark Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Two ripe bananas

One ripe avocado

5 Tbs. dark cocoa powder

1 Tbs. milk ( you could use almond or coconut or soy if you are avoiding dairy)

couple of drops of vanilla extract

Blend till smooth, chill and yum!

Super tasty, it tastes a little banana’y but super deslish and very rich!

A perfectly balanced (right?) breakfast and a great toddler treat!
